BRIK Real Estate Inc. is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of technology or ability. Housing is covered by fair housing law, and access to housing information is part of that.

Standard we build to

This site targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that includes semantic markup, full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, text alternatives for meaningful images, contrast ratios verified by measurement rather than by eye, and respect for the reduced-motion preference.

Known limitations

Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. If any part of this site presents a barrier, we want to know — we treat those reports as defects and prioritise them accordingly.
